<p>Forest Radiance Clinic is a newly opened skin and wellbeing clinic, launched in January 2026, and based within the established Wellness@Eight wellbeing hub. Rather than feeling like a bolt-on beauty room, it sits very naturally within the space, offering a slower, more holistic alternative to the traditional salon or high-energy skin clinic.</p>



<p>At the heart of the clinic is beauty expert Evgenia Gibbs, whose background spans advanced professional skincare alongside holistic, energy-led therapies. Originally based on the Isle of Wight, Evgenia relocated to Hampshire to grow her practice and launch Forest Radiance as a space that reflects her belief that skin can’t be treated in isolation from the rest of the body.</p>



<p>Evgenia is also a Reiki Master, which might sound a little niche – but it’s woven so subtly into her treatments that even the most sceptical clients will simply notice that they feel calmer, more grounded and oddly reset by the time they leave. No chanting, no crystals, just a deep sense of restoration that quietly does its thing.</p>

<p>Wellness@Eight itself is already well known locally as a go-to for yoga, Pilates, reformer Pilates, infrared sauna sessions, therapeutic massage and wellness. Forest Radiance Clinic feels like a natural extension, with skincare that focuses on results but not at the expense of wellbeing.</p>



<p>Wellness@Eight founder Emma Price has shaped the space as a whole and her influence is felt throughout the experience. With a strong grounding in wellbeing and client care, she’s made the space feel warm, personal and welcoming.</p>



<p>Light-filled rooms, soft textures and neutral tones create an instant sense of calm, and there’s a feeling that nothing here is rushed – from the way you’re welcomed to the time you spend on the bed. This is not somewhere you dash in and out of.</p>

<p>Which brings us to the facial. Or rather, <em>not</em> a facial per se – because there’s no menu of named treatments to choose from. Evgenia works entirely bespoke, beginning with an in-depth consultation and skin analysis. She looks not just at your skin, but at lifestyle factors too – stress, sleep, hormones, sensitivities and long-term goals all feed into what happens next.</p>



<p>I had one of her Forest Radiance Bespoke Skin Treatments, fully customised on the day. Evgenia primarily works with Environ professional skincare, combining it where appropriate with advanced, non-invasive technology. During my treatment, she incorporated medical-grade Radio Frequency, which gently heats the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, improve firmness and support overall skin health – all without damaging the surface.</p>



<p>Everything is adjusted to the individual. The intensity, techniques and technology are tailored so the treatment feels deeply comfortable rather than aggressive, yet still delivers visible, long-lasting results. It’s clever skin work but guided by intuition, rather than rigid protocols.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-the-verdict">THE VERDICT</h2>



<p>This was one of the most thoughtful and restorative facials I’ve had in a long time. Evgenia’s knowledge is impressive but it’s her ability to read both skin and person – and to adapt every element of the treatment accordingly – that makes this treatment feel different.</p>



<p>The results were immediate: brighter, calmer, more balanced skin with improved hydration and tone and noticeably less tension in my jaw and face. But what really stood out was how I felt afterwards – calm, grounded and properly looked after.</p>



<p>If your skin feels stressed, reactive or out of sync, or if you’re after visible results without the intensity of more invasive beauty tweakments, I’d absolutely recommend the Forest Radiance Clinic at Wellness@Eight. But if you’ve a quick, chatty or light-touch spa facial in mind, this won’t be for you.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-the-damage">THE DAMAGE</h2>



<p>Prices reflect the bespoke nature of the treatments and the level of expertise involved. Mine was £110, which, given the time, personalisation and results, felt entirely fair. Worth it? Without question.</p>
