Countryside entertainment incoming. The New Forest & Hampshire County Show is galloping back to Brockenhurst from 28 – 30 July 2026 for three days of countryside magic, family fun and rural tradition.Fancy it? A firm favourite in the countryside calendar, The New Forest & Hampshire County Show brings together everything from prize livestock and equestrian brilliance to local food, artisan shopping, farming experiences and brilliant family entertainment.

This year’s headline attraction is a thrill: Horsepower Fury takes over the Happy Hot Tubs East Ring with roaring engines, daring motorbike stunts, fire and breathtaking action on horseback. It’s high-octane entertainment for all ages.

There’s plenty more to see, with much-loved favourites returning including the Heavy Horse Musical Drive, Old Time Farming Parade, Tug of War and the Grand Parade of award-winning livestock. With more than 2,000 horses and riders competing across a huge range of equine classes, it’s one of the UK’s leading equestrian events.

Families can explore the upgraded Farming Experience Zone, where this year’s theme “What British Farmers Grow – From Soil to Supper” takes visitors on a hands-on journey from field to fork. Kids can also enjoy fly fishing, meeting the gentle giants of the Heavy Horse Village, interactive activities and plenty more across the showground.

Foodies are in for a treat too at The New Forest & Hampshire County Show. Wander through the Local Produce Area to discover the best New Forest and Hampshire food, drink and artisan goodies and catch live cookery demonstrations celebrating the flavours of the region.

New for 2026, say hello to The Stirrup & Vine, a brand-new wine bar overlooking the Dog Ring, plus the debut of the Hobby Horse Ring, bringing themed challenges and friendly competitions for hobby horse fans.
