<p>Given a fresh new look as part of a huge refurb in 2023, New Park Manor’s spa pool has floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over panoramic views, along with a steam room, sauna and samarium. An immersive new &#8216;Somadome&#8217; meditation pod is equipped with LED light therapy, binaural beats and magnetic therapy.&nbsp;Relax on spa beds on the terrace before taking a a dip in the outdoor hot tub. Keep your eyes peeled for horses roaming around beyond the fence and the occasional deer, too.</p>



<p><strong>Muddy treatment: </strong>The 120-minute ishga Marine Experience uses ishga organic skincare products, made with seaweed from the Hebridean Islands. If you&#8217;re staying with the kids, the family-friendly hotel also has child-friendly massage and pampering experiences.</p>

<p>The Solent Hotel’s spa reopened in 2025 with a new heated pool, salt sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and storm shower. Eight treatment rooms and mani/pedi stations feature Caudalie and Temple Spa products. For a bit extra, book an hour in the gorgeous outdoor hot tub in the meadow (worth it).</p>



<p><strong>Muddy treatment: </strong>Created to smooth out the knots, the 35-minute signature Temple Spa Soul Soother body massage soothes tired muscles. Starting on the lower legs with an exfoliation and a cooling and refreshing massage, it moves on to the shoulders, neck and scalp.</p>
