Located at the edge of the Hampshire village of Greywell, close to Basingstoke and the M3 in the rolling Hampshire Downs, Barnsgrove is a stunning new clubhouse and events space located in what was previously an old dairy farm building.

The brainchild of Jo and James Butler, like many farmers, the family-run venture is geared to create a space for locals living in the countryside commuter belt to work and relax. At the same time, the duo hope to ensure their beautiful farm’s longevity for their kids and future generations.

Taking influence from travels in Morocco and elsewhere, Barnsgrove founder Jo has carefully designed and overseen the interiors, with curved walls and archways, calm and tasteful colour tones of natural plaster, mossy and sage greens, pinks and yellows, all punctuated by Barnsgrove’s deep burgundy house colour.

Feature windows and French doors let in the light and open out onto terraces for the warmer weather. On chillier days, the wood burner in the entrance hall brings a warm welcome.
