Raring to go at Portsmouth&#8217;s New Theatre Royal, the timeless tale of <em>Sleeping Beauty</em> will be brought to life by professional actors from stage and screen, including rising star Amy Everett as Beauty and the evil villain Carabosse played by Carli Norris, best known for appearances in EastEnders and Holby City.</p>

<p>That menacing looking panto villain is surely not the mild-mannered Jason Donovan? Err &#8211; oh yes it is! Starring at Southampton&#8217;s Mayflower Theatre alongside former Corrie actress Faye Brookes and returning actor Richard Cadell (with Sooty), <em>Goldilocks</em> follows the story of Dame Betty Barnum and her daughter, who are battling to save their circus from an Evil Ringmaster (Donovan) who is intent on stealing their three loveable bears and leaving them in ruin. He&#8217;ll star alongside local actress Michelle Antrobus as Cinders and serial pantomime dame, Jack Edwards.</p>

<p>Follow the Yellow Brick Road to Theatre Royal Winchester this Christmas for a panto-style production of The Wizard of Oz, starring veteran dame Julian Eardley (above). Expect original songs, corny jokes and loads of audience participation. As well as the production at Theatre Royal Winchester, the Crawley Players will take to the stage to perform their take on <a href="https://www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk/whats-on/crawley-players-present-wizard-oz-musical-pantomime" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Wizard of Oz</a> at nearby Crawley Village Hall on Fri 2 Dec &#8211; Sun 4 Dec.</p>
