Muddy says: This hip little eatery in Lymington brings a bit of that London-metropolitan vibe (and rather fantastic food) to the Hampshire countryside.
If you’re missing a bit of that Big City vibe and all that eclectic street food, then this is the place for you.
Greedo has a pared-back interior that could easily fool you into thinking you’re actually in Shoreditch rather than the New Forest. With this they also carry a bevvy of highly Instragrammable dishes and it’s also bursting at the seams with geeky pop culture (for those who know where to look).
The menu itself is a real mix of different flavours – from the Jabba Bowls filled with local produce and healthy takes on international cuisine, to the hot dogs that are named after some of our favourite characters from TV (The Rachel – consisting of spiced black bean patty, smashed avocado, halloumi – sounds much better than a pants 90s haircut).
Plus it also caters to all dietary requirements (vegans and gluten intolerant rejoice!), has special events every Wednesday night AND you also get a free square of gluten-free brownie with every coffee (and we all know that free cake means its calorie-free, of course).
Prices are not only extremely reasonable (especially for the New Forest) but SO simple. Mains are £10 and sides are £3 – the perfect place to bring people who want to split the bill because there’s no tricky maths involved.
