B58 Winery, Beaulieu

New Forest-based B58 Winery is bringing a fresh, innovative edge to English wine from Hampshire’s south coast.

Set in the picturesque New Forest National Park, B58 Winery is an exciting new sustainable English wine producer. Founded by local fruit farming innovator Sandy Booth, B58 combines pioneering tunnel-grown vines and a low-intervention winemaking approach to create homegrown wines that are elegant, expressive and seriously easy to drink.

B58 innovative growing techniques allow them to successfully cultivate grape varieties rarely seen in Britain, including Gewürztraminer, alongside Bacchus, Tempranillo and Shiraz. The inaugural 2025 collection is already turning heads, with the Beaulieu Orange 2024 winning Gold at the Wine GB Wessex Awards and the beautifully aromatic Beaulieu White 2024 taking Silver.

Swiss winemaker Guillaume Lagger oversees production, championing a minimal-intervention philosophy that lets the terroir and fruit shine. Sustainability is woven into every part of the business too, from natural pest control and biodiversity-friendly farming to ditching herbicides altogether.

You’ll find B58 wines gracing tables and shelves across the South, including Lime Wood, Stanwell House, The Small Holding and London wine hotspot Malt, as well as local favourites like Priory Wines and New Forest Wines. Consider this your cue to plan a tasting, stock up for summer soirées and discover one of English wine’s most exciting new names.
