Tipsy Wight’s chilli-infused Bloody Mary cocktail recipe

Kick-start the year with this red-hot take on the classic tomato and vodka-based cocktail. Don’t have a bottle of Chilli Vodka leaning tipsily in the cupboard? Substitute with a shot of ordinary vodka and small amount of chopped chilli – then order some, pronto.
Ingredients
50ml Tipsy Wight® Chilli Vodka
150ml Tomato Juice
25ml lemon juice
Dash of dry white wine
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of cracked black pepper
Pinch of chopped celery leaves
Celery stick & chilli slices to garnish
Method
Roll all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes to chill. Strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Garnish with chilli slices, extra pepper and a celery stick.
