Three autumn cocktails from Tipsy Wight
The nights are drawing in, so why not toast the new season with a cocktail? These three are made with vodka liqueurs from right here on the Isle of Wight.

Crabapple Hot Toddy
Warm up on a cold night with this comforting cocktail.

Ingredients
- 150ml freshly brewed Earl Grey tea
- 1 tsp honey
- 60ml Tipsy Wight Crabapple Vodka Liqueur
- 25ml whisky (optional)
- 2 apple slices
Method
Pour Tipsy Wight Crabapple Vodka Liqueur into a tumbler. Add 1 tsp of honey and the freshly brewed Earl Grey tea. Finally add 2 slices of apple, relax in front of the fire and sip.
Cherry Manhattan
Cherries grown on the Isle of Wight are crafted into this dark, rich and intensely flavoured vodka liqueur. This recipe is simple, but strong!

Ingredients
- 50ml Tipsy Wight Cherry Vodka Liqueur
- 20 Rye Whiskey
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Cherry or twist of orange peel to garnish
Method
Stir vodka, whiskey and bitters in mixing glass half filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry or twist of orange peel.
Hot Nut!
Enjoy the warming combination of hot chocolate and hazelnut vodka liqueur.

Ingredients
- 50ml Tipsy Wight Hazelnut Vodka Liqueur
- 150ml frothy hot chocolate of your choice
- Cocoa powder to garnish
Method
Simply add the Tipsy Wight Hazelnut Vodka Liqueur to a mug of freshly made hot chocolate, and enjoy!
